Briefly about the foundation and goals of the Employers’ Association of the Brcko District of the BiH:

The Employers’ Association of the Brcko District of the BiH is an independent, nongovernmental and nonprofit organization which protects the rights of its members and operates on entire area of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was founded on April 04, 2006 in Brcko.

The Employers’ Association of the Brcko District of the BiH was founded in purpose of creation of conditions for improvement of the business environment in the Brcko District. The intention of the Association is to be one of the drivers of the development of local entrepreneurship, and increase of profit and innovations in domestic production.

The goals of the Employers’ Association of the Brcko District of the BiH are:

• that through tripartite and bipartite dialog or in other ways, with Brcko District BiH Government, Council of Minister of the BiH and Trade Unions actively participate in creation of legal regulations in purpose of conditions for improvement and development of business environment in the Brcko District of BIH, and especially to protect the private ownership, capital and profit.
• Providing of services to the members of the Association
• Joint approval to state authorities on all levels of government, international organization and Trade Union
• Providing of conditions for active participation in all forms on economic policy on local level
• Decrease of unnecessary activities and costs by informing and education of members
• Giving of contribution to strengthening of the of market mechanisms and institutions in purpose of reaching of standards of operations present in the EU states
• Organization of promotions and public presentation of products and services of the Association and its members.
